Jack "DJ" Johnson is boss of the Las Vegas Kings, a Black and Latino gang controlling the streets of Vegas. When his drug connection asks for help in an Arizona prison war, DJ agrees to kill a prison guard in order to end conflict between the Mexican Mafia and the Aryan Brotherhood.
