The Longest Bridge

"The Longest Bridge" is a 340 page historical novel. It tells the story of a poor mountain family recruited to move to South Carolina to work in the textile mill and the hardships they endured. The book should reach a large audience because of its themes: prejudice, harassment, bullying, addiction, illiteracy, death, and the struggles of two boys growing through childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
