Hidradenitis Suppurativa Diet

I have been suffering from Hidradenitis Suppurativa for over 30 years and have tried everything to rid myself of this disease, and until I went on all Organic Foods and put myself on a strict veggie way of eating, I can now tell you that I am free from sores and breakouts. As I found this hard to do, I had to make a life time decision to have sores and breakouts or be healthy and not be afraid to wear clothes that were sleeveless. My biggest fear was dressing and having someone see my sores on me and than having to explain to them and be ashamed of what they were thinking.
