After five years in prison, arch villain Dr. Oscar Omega is freed. Now he wants revenge against the Galactic Guardian, the super hero who put him behind bars. Omega doesn't want to kill the hero, he wants to humiliate him. He has a plan that includes his reporter girlfriend.
