Memories of Spring: A Story of Persephone and Hades

She was named Kore by her mother, Demeter, the goddess of the grain. She lives hidden away in her mother's cottage. Unlike her kin who are the gods and goddesses of something, Kore is the goddess of nothing. She seems doomed to stay that way until the earth opens up to swallow the young goddess whole.
