A man found frozen in a glacier and delivered to Doctor Sergio Carrera’s lab turns out to be alive. Upon revival, the horrid truth of the creature’s identity is revealed, and the lab is besieged by international media. The highly intelligent creature takes the name of his maker, Frankenstein. His dream flashbacks to the 1700’s tell a different story than his present-day version of past events.
The courts release Frankenstein into the care of Sergio and his wife, Sofia, but he’s soon whisked off to Hollywood where he becomes the cause célèbre. When Sergio discovers a shocking revelation about Frankenstein, Colonel Chapman, a government official, shows up. Their relationship fluctuates from friendship to adversary as more is learned about the creature.
When Frankenstein takes it upon himself to better his circumstance, his life, and those around him devolve with tragic consequences. When all seems lost, Frankenstein reveals astounding news about his maker and his lost mate. This prompts the military to come after the creature, with disastrous results. Now, everyone is at risk as Frankenstein seeks the vengeance denied him for 200 years.
