The Guardian

Being granted the gift of eternal love, Nolan Richards could now bond his three close friends to him. They were being harassed, teased, and bullied in school and around their small southern town. He now felt what they felt, knew what they knew, he could feel their joy, and their sorrows. Nolan could now protect them around the clock if need be. He was the chosen one to be The Guardian of the Rock and the powers it possessed. He wondered if he could survive if something went terribly wrong.
