Me, Joe, and Bigfoot

This is the adventurous story of a young boy growing up on the southern coast of Oregon around 1964. It is my memoir and a true accounting of a chance meeting with that elusive creature that roams the backwoods and forests of the wild and unknown territories of our lands and minds. I will endeavor to impart the hopefully funny, entertaining, and wondrous events that led up to this extraordinary circumstance, as well as the terror of this strange encounter. I will also offer some perspective on those long ago events from a more enlightened viewpoint. I very much hope you enjoy the read as much as I enjoyed writing it.
