Tears in Heaven?

It has been widely reported that heaven is a happy place. But the Bible speaks of the Lord wiping away all tears. Some of those tears might have been from afflictions and pain, but I also suspect there will be some tears in heaven from people who regret not having been better Christians while on earth.
