Found bloody and scared, little Kyria is rescued by Phelan, King of Caspera, who adopts her as his own. Thus starts her journey in becoming a young woman who faces the unique adversities of growing up in the household of the King. Under the guidance of her parents, Kyria is given choices to learn the depth of unconditional love and forgiveness.

The typical animosities of young girls are magnified by jealousy, disability and sabotage. All of this is overshadowed when one of her friends is added to the rank of missing children. King Phelan, through his core of trusted men, learns the truth and must make a decision that will affect all of his subjects including Kyria.

This is not only a story of one father’s love, but a reflection of our heavenly Father’s love for us, His children. As you turn the pages, be attuned to the King’s love for his children and the ways he encourages, disciplines, and teaches each one in a unique way. Admitting his humanness, the King seeks to be a father who imparts truth and sets the ground work for each of his children to develop a relationship with God, the Heavenly Father.
