Earls of Mayhem

It is the 70's. Mayhem is a small southern county off the beaten path. The new highway could change that. Colonel Cobb wants this to happen but he has two things in his way. Bobbie Earl and Billie Earl are best friends who want Mayhem to stay the way it is. Plus they own the land that is needed for the highway. Not only are the southern babes refusing to sell, they are harassing Cobb. He has to think up some way to change the Earl's mind.
