Co-Authors, Carol Dunstone and Ann Bennett wrote a book called TRILOGY published in 2006. Both are survivors of mouth cancer and based on their experiences the book relates to the personal story of the authors’ journey of recovery; what made them laugh and cry and how family and friends raised their spirits.
They offer practical advice and include articles from the medical profession and complementary practitioners who helped and supported their progress throughout their illness.
The book also includes some very helpful tips and recipes for delicious and nutritious dishes to help those with eating difficulties.
Following the book’s great success the authors have now been asked to update their journeys’ tale, continuing from 2006.
Much progress has been made in the passing years which they hope will highlight a very definite and positive outlook for their readers with this new book.
The message is one of great optimism and love of life which they hope will be a help and comfort to anyone who is about to undergo surgery or embark on the journey to recovery.
The second edition will also include some important new contributors and even more tasty recipes.
