Thriller in room 313

Let's say I am found dead tomorrow morning. After police will find out nobody was staying in the room three thirteen for couple of month and first visitor after this died, it will become very suspicious, and there will be a lot of questions to Swan first. If he is involved, would he take such a risk to make me dead on first night?
I guess he would... If he is sure I am on right way of my investigation. But I didn't start it yet, my investigation...
All I did was I assumed it could be involved some of hotel personnel who worked here as a construction worker when hotel was built. Swan? Tomorrow morning first thing I'll start to do, I will try to find if there is such a person, working here when hotel was built and now.
