Refugee Santo Dominican slaves brought Voodooism to New Orleans toward the end of the eighteenth century. Since then, there have been thousands of voodoo practitioners who are devoted to ju ju bags, transformative products, erotic potions, and voodoo charms (gris gris). So it is fitting that in the south, in streets, the backwoods, the bayous, the swampland of New Orleans that a ruthless tyrant of greed, love of money and power would do anything to acquire it. This tyrant would find businesses in trouble financially, and bailed them out. Then charged them ridiculously interest on their loans, and when they could not pay, and even when they could, he took them, and sold these companies, these private properties for extra amount of money. Gained a huge profit off their weaknesses. He would use unique, and usual, unorthodox practices, methods of persuasions to force their decisions to sway his way.

His portfolio, his white collar crime consisted from high-rise hotels, office buildings to stately antebellum mansions, and plantations. But who will stop this tyrant, this cruel, and unjust man? The man who terrorizes his own native people, steal their land, murder their people for greed, for power? Who will stop him?
