Frisky Aunt Freda

Randy and Marcus, his African-American college roommate, both in their early 20s, are spending the winter holidays at Randy's home in New Rochelle. Freda is a 40-ish friend and former roommate of Randy's mom but is not actually related to Randy by blood or marriage. She is staying with the young men while Randy's parents are on cruise in the Mediterranean to keep an eye on them and keep them out of mischief. Unbeknownst to Randy's parents, Freda is a "cougar" who prefers young men in their 20s as sex partners. Fortunately for the young men, Freda is the main source of mischief in the tale.
