Mikdadi has always worked for peace between Israel and Palestine. These poems reflect his difficult road on the journey to the so far unattainable peace. This difficult road was full of disappointments, upsets, hurts and recurring hope. These endless emotions are reflected in these beautiful and, at times, quite disturbing poems.
