20 Ice Breakers & Inclusion Activities

This mini-book features ice-breakers and inclusion activities that are designed to break down the barriers between facilitator and participants at the start of a session. They help to overcome ‘the empty front row’ syndrome. They get people moving, talking and working with each other. They will also settle your own early nerves and energise the session by directly involving people from the start. All the activities have been personally tried and tested by the author over many years of working with a variety of sizes and types of group. Preparation is minimal – many of these exercises require only the space to work in.
