Russell Keener has been representing individuals against insurance companies and employers in Georgia workers’ compensation cases since 1991. He limits his practice to workers’ compensation, injury accidents, and Social Security disability cases. He has served on the Workers’ Compensation Board of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, as well as a number of other boards for nonprofit organizations.

He was born into a military family and grew up right here in Georgia, attending the University of Georgia as well as Georgia State University School of Law and MBA programs. Married for twenty-eight years to his wife, Angie, he is the father of three high school and college-age boys. He has appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS & Fox affiliates for his role in advancing the cause of injured and disabled clients.

Mr. Keener lost his father following a two-year struggle with catastrophic injuries arising from a motor vehicle accident. He understands the financial, medical, and legal challenges clients and their families go through when dealing with traumatic injuries to loved one. He’s been through it himself.
