Josephine Rising

Josephine Tepes is not entirely human. Her unique DNA makes her the FBI's favorite blood donor, something she's not thrilled with being. Unable to escape their persistent meddling she washes her hands of the Feds and hopes that is the end of that. As usual, she's wrong.
