Evolution of a Cowgirl

Becky was born in 1953 and grew up learning life lessons the hard way. She was schooled in veterinary science and achieved a degree in teaching. Winning many awards and trophies in various competitive horse events, she has garnered a wealth of experience as an owner and trainer of horses, also as a working cowgirl with her husband in the cattle-ranching world. Learning from ranching what is important about life has evolved out of all her activities required to maintain a modern, working cow ranch. Experiences with people, rodeo life, outdoor life, and working with animals provided this writer with her inspirational story. Home on the range or on the internet, she shares a poem each day with friends.
