Love is a four-letter word that is used to describe the intense feeling or affection one has for another. However, to some, a good, harmonious feeling can turn into a very dark and dangerous thing. Domestic Violence in the NFL was the number one story of 2014 in the U.S. These stories brought reality to an epidemic. These news stories leave us wondering why intimate partner violence occurs. This book is intended to help guide victims of domestic violence and provides the tools needed for them to live safe and productive lives. It will raise awareness, provide education, and tell the stories of those who didn’t make it out unscathed through reciting their struggles and showing you their stories through crime scene photos. My hope is to reveal the truth about domestic violence and raise public awareness and intolerance for this problem.
