Candyce Coffie is a single mother of 3 girls, a poet, and a domestic abuse survivor, just to name a few. She lives in Southern California where she works with children as well as other domestic abuse survivors. Her first book “Tears Of A Phoenix” aims to spread awareness about all types of abuse and showcase her expression of love. She illustrates her heart, her pain, and her escape from abuse through her poetry and openness. As you read “Tears Of A Phoenix” you experience a survivor's story.
