High Boy's Joy

In prison, you'd better have something to trade if you want to survive. High Boy's got Florida Joy, a drug he makes from the mood altering pills that go into the prisoners' food. Enter Burke, the man who wants the hits to sell on the outside. He's also the man who will kill High Boy's lover, Anh, if High Boy doesn't come through with the hits.
