The Niche

There is a niche on Gill Street and somebody built Penn State University next to it. Not only did they build the University next to it, but they filled it up with pretty girls for a young man named Quinn, who appreciated all this, but only was attracted to one. Being sarcastic and unable to compose a one-liner, he tried anything to get Patricia's attention. Surprised, he got it and felt he was going to be successful in luring her to his lair, The Niche. She came over and he showed it to her. Things happened and in time she promised to show him hers. He expected to go to her apartment, but surprise, again, she had brought it with her. How convenient.
