This is a 62-page children's picture book about Tom Kitten and his sisters, all three of whom do many naughty things. This is also Beatrix Potter's best-selling book. Tom and other characters in the book were also marketed as children's plush toys.
Twenty thousand copies of the book were released in September, 1907, and another 12,500 in December.
This edition of the book was illustrated in color by Potter. Each page has been restored to its original condition as carefully and completely as possible.
