Israel's Revenge: West Bank Kidnapping-Hamas Vs. Israel

There were a set of incidents that occurred and ignited tensions between Hamas and Israel. One of these acts happened when three Israeli teenagers were kidnapped as they were hitchhiking through the West Bank. They were subsequently killed and their bodies discovered some days later. Israel then accused Hamas of being responsible and this helped to spark the next series of incidents between the two states. Hamas has always been known to ignite conflicts by attacking Israel first in various forms.
