This screenplay won the Florida Motion Picture Television Association Crystal Reel Award for best unproduced screenplay. A young beautiful woman Florida lawyer is raped, loses in court, and tries to change her life by moving from her fast-paced South Florida life and law practice to more rural North Florida to represent other rape victims. Her first case however is to represent a man accused of rape. This forces her face her own demons. She is a total "fish out of water" in this new Cracker Florida culture, a city woman in a country environment. Her rapist followers her there and stalks her. He's obsessed with proving that she really wanted him to rape her. Winning in court wasn't enough for him. He wants to force her to admit it. With the help of the local men and one male romantic interest, she is able to become the woman she wants to be.
