The Roman Slave

A young woman witnesses the grisly slaying of her mother and is then forced into slavery by her father. But when she is purchased by Rome’s most eligible bachelor and is sent to his chariot training facility, the seeds of hope begin to grow inside her. Her relationship with her new owner is tumultuous at best – at times she’s afraid of what he will do, and in other moments she is drawn towards his acts of kindness.
