Murder by Policy

Tom Barlow investigates the mayor of a major city who uses intimidation and murder to protect his money producing, corrupt administration. With only Donna Cornetti, his severely disfigured partner, and a few cops who risk their careers to support him, Barlow fights the corruption with modern technology and brute force.
