This book is a basic introduction to estate planning concepts for non-lawyers and is intended for Delaware residents. It discusses wills and what happens if a person dies without one. It also discusses other important estate planning documents, such as advance health-care directives, powers-of-attorney and trust agreements. Several Delaware statutes relating to estate planning are included in the appendices and referenced in the text.
