Do you love chocolate? So do I! But why do you love chocolate? Maybe because it’s sweet and sometimes a little bitter, just like life itself. Or do you love the substance that melts in your mouth and makes you feel good?
Chocolate makes you comfortable happy because of the mysterious ingredient serotonin. Feeling good is always addictive, and so can chocolate be, quite addictive. Are you start to feel a graving? With this graving, sadly, often comes quilt. Do we think that we are not allowed to enjoy this ‘forbidden fruit’?

There are so many questions; why do we eat, what do we eat?
Why do we want to be perfect? It’s not easy being perfect so we try to seek comfort in food and tend to eat more then we need or really want. Isn’t it better if we stop trying to be perfect, nobody is you know!
