God's Plan For Your Well-being

Just as planet Earth is at our mercy as we decide to use or abuse it, so are our bodies. Most of us don’t realize the great extent to which our choices determine our own state of health. And while our planet can’t do much on its own to clean up its clogged streams and smoggy skies, there is much we can do to clean up our bodies.

Of Course, experts will disagree about how we should go about doing this. After all, health is one of the most controversial subjects around. Yet, fortunately, because God cares about us, the Bible gives some practical guidelines to keep us from fizzling out like so many burned-out stars.
