The Saturday-Sunday Shuffle

If it’s only a question of Saturday or Sunday—the seventh day of the week or the first—it isn’t worth discussing. Sincere Christians observe both days. But if it’s a question of “the truth that is in Jesus” (Ephesians 4:2), that would make a difference. If we discover that Jesus is inextricably bound up with His Sabbath, that it’s not just a matter of two identical days but of following Jesus, then that does make a difference.
