The Journals of Josiah Fisk

Throughout the 19th century, America's sovereignty, borders, and unity came sharply under attack. Saying the wrong thing to the wrong person could cost you all of your belongings, and even your life. It took bravery and determination to continue, but most importantly, it took faith. Josiah Fisk, carrying his Bible in one hand and his revolver in the other, pursued justice and God's grace to protect his family and country during such difficult times.

Inspired by true events from his journals, court records, newspaper clippings, and other historical documents, the author has made an attempt to reconstruct his story. The Reverend wanted to inspire and instruct the coming generations. Over one hundred years after his death, his story is not forgotten.
