YOU CAN'T SEE US

Seventeen-year-old Katherine Matheson, in the hospital recovering from an automobile accident, is astounded to discover she can now hear what people are thinking – the accident somehow liberated a telepathic ability she never knew she had before. Almost immediately she is contacted by the Wheel, a group of telepathic nomads on the run from the mysterious Janus, a powerful mentality whom is determined to capture them and use them for his own nefarious purposes. Kathy joins them as they flee from California to New Mexico and then to Illinois, knowing her life is in danger but finding, in the Wheel, a kind of family she never had before. But all families have their secrets, and the Wheel is no exception: Kathy is eventually forced to confront just why the Wheel was created and what it really is...
