While the alien Ikiinhituns had their own solutions on how to deal with earth's humans, Richard, a sci-fi writer, had to deal with everyday life, a college-aged daughter, an ex-wife, and friend Monica who suggested he take up yoga.
Through this short glimpse of daily life, we see Richard combat these forces while his character, Jack, confronts the final paradox.
