Tibetian fairy-tales reflected thew wisdom of the Tibetian people and belongs to the heritage of one of the oldest cultures. Many of these tales have a sacred core as they tell us of the creation of the world, the origin of various natural forces, of the afterlife as Tibetians see it according to their Buddhist-driven beliefs.
The narrative of the "Quarrel of the Five Friends" follows five friends, that some day decided to apart with their homes and seek for fortune.
