We are all familiar with the cry of a baby. To some, it may sound irritating. To others, it may sound sweet. How it sounds may depend on where you are at the time the cry is made. If you are trying to eat at a restaurant or sleep on a plane, it may sound irritating. If you are in the delivery room giving birth to your first child, it may sound oh so sweet.

In a similar kind of way, God has put a cry within the heart of His people. The cry of a human heart is innate. That is to say that it is instinctive. It is inherent.
