Andrew Lang (1844 – 1912) was a Scots poet, novelist, literary critic, and contributor to the field of anthropology, best known as a collector of folk and fairy tales.
This is the short fairy tale of a prince who leaves his father's castle to go on an adventure trying to become immortal. He finds three kings on his way who achieved immortality but only for a limited time but he tries his best effort to bypass them in order to find true immortality.
