The Demons of Abadon - Volume 4 - Leave Abadon or Die

Eleanor goes 'cold' when she hears a deep growl come from the turned off TV. She looks at the screen and two red 'eyes' are glaring at her. She closes her eyes and says a Hail Mary. When she opens them the screen is clear. Some unseen force hurls Charlie from his porch down to the driveway. He sees a shadow wolf glaring and growling at him. Charlie hears the words, "Relinquere Abadon aut Mori". Another growl is heard and the beast vanishes into the forest.
Father Sir comes home and finds the clothes the Bobby gave to Jacob. He accuses him of being a thief and visiting 'heathens'. A terrified Jacob manages to run away before Father Sir can grab onto him. Father Sir yells after his son, ""Because I called and you refused, because you disdained my counsel and my reproof you ignore---I, in my turn, will laugh at your doom and I will mock you when terror overtakes you." The words are a perversion from the Book of Proverbs.
Jacob has run deep into the forest but Lily comes to him and directs him to the Winter's house. Micah Lightfoot finds Jacob at the Winter's place and accuses the Winters of kidnapping his son. Jacob runs back into the forest. Charlie calls Chief Martin to report the trouble with Jacob's dad and his boy.
