Baseball is our national pastime. It's a game played in every
schoolyard, sandlot, and street corner. It's a sport played by boys
and girls, adults and retirees alike. A global phenomenon, people
in more than 100 countries around the world enjoy baseball. What
makes baseball so fun is its simplicity. Everyone knows the rules.

In my years of experience as a weight-loss doctor, I realized that
most diets are difficult to understand and not much fun to follow.
That is why I decided to use Baseball as the point of reference for
this diet. By making a game out of dieting, you are more likely to
follow it and succeed.

The Baseball Diet ™ is divided into 3 phases that include 3
innings/weeks each, totaling 9 weeks. We've been clever in
creating this series. It has been said that it takes 21 days to
establish a new habit or for the body to become accustomed to
change. This would be the point where boredom strikes. To
ensure you don't strikeout, we'll switch-up your diet every 21 days
with a new phase to keep the game exciting.

If you ever feel like you're falling off your diet, then just refer back to
the game. It's that easy to follow. We start out with the 3 bases.
Each base represents a portion size for 1 of the 3 food types. Food
types include proteins (lean meats, beans, tofu, fish), fruits/grains,
and vegetables. Your entire meal plan for each day allows you to
run the bases, while eating the appropriate amount of each food
type.

This manual provides you a full, customized meal plan to help you
clear the bases each day. As an added value, you'll find a variety
of alternative recipes in the bonus manual. Remember that the
primary goal of the diet is to simplify meal choices by using the
basic rules of the game of baseball as a guide.
