When Shawn Stankavage, son of former NFL quarterback Scott Stankavage, tore his ACL after an undefeated junior season of high school football, his hopes for becoming the big-time college QB he d always dreamed of becoming seemed irrevocably dashed. When Scott grew helpless watching Shawn son struggle with the physical, mental and emotional anguish of his injury, as well as the non-existent interest from college recruiters, Scott decided to call in Steve Wilson, his former Denver Broncos teammate, college head coach and known quarterback guru, for help.
