Charles Wadsworth Camp (1879 – 1936 ) was a journalist, writer and foreign correspondent mostly known for some mystery novels and detective genre stories. "The Abandoned room" is a great example of a murder stories with a complex plot, fast moving, with plenty of impressive twists and turns, maintains an interesting combination between a rational detective mystery and an assortment of paranormal solutions.
