Jack always wanted to feel good without deserving it. He was a womanizer and an active alcoholic. Every action he made got an opposite reaction, sometimes a reward, sometimes a punishment, as if involved in a game that he is not aware of. He tries to find out who is behind the evil plot when it seems that everyone he knows is, even the woman that he is romantic with. When he learns a terrifying secret about a friend of his, he is thrown from his bizarre fantasy world to crystal clear reality, from hallucination to near death.
