Finding God: A Divine Journey captures the topic of man's descent from God, the spiritual development of a group of Laotian people, and progressions to Cher Kong's personal spiritual growth. Kong witnesses the many miracles around him, while coming to terms with military and social conflict, and atrocities which have created hostility in the Hmong people. Kong combines the awareness of an third party narrative voice with compassion, with a first-person testimony balancing viewpoints as he shares heartwarming, faith-filled stories.
