Eleanor Emily Hodgman Porter (December 19, 1868 – May 21, 1920) is a American children's writer and novelist. She was born in Littleton, New Hampshire, studied singing, but then began to write books. Initially, she wrote a books for children. From under her arm came many wonderful works. At the peak of her career, she has achieved great success and took the eighth place among the best novelists of America. The best known of her books have become "Pollyanna" (1913), on which later made a beautiful film.
"Miss Billy Married" is excellent novel by Eleanor Emily Hodgman Porter. This book is the third in a series about Billy Miss (Miss Billy, Miss Billy's Decision, Miss Billy Married). The story begins with the betrothal Miss Billy and Bertram. Bliss will come in the relationship of the family? Or misunderstanding and sorrow again come upon this lovely couple? This book was written at the height of the popularity of the author, and therefore, will interesting to all readers.
