The Prince's Consort

Mysterious Brigands from the North have assaulted King Lionel's lands. To deal with this threat the king sends his only son, Prince Erich, to clear the city of this scourge.

Prince Erich rescues a helpless victim among the ravaged city. Taking the young man under his wing, the prince soon falls for Devlin with his pale blond hair and alabaster skin. Soon, the entire kingdom is swooned by Devlin all except the prince's young squire, Luke.

Luke know something isn't right with Devlin, he feels it down in his soul but no one will believe him. He will not allow him to hurt the man he loves... Erich but can he convince the bravest knights in the kingdom that evil has come to nest right under their roof?

The Prince's Consort is a short story and part one of a two part tale.
