"Alistair," I whispered, gesturing toward the bed. "Shall we?"

With a wicked grin he said, "Well, of course we shall!" And then he scooped me up in his arms. Both of us giggling like a couple of schoolchildren, he deposited me on the plush featherbed and then climbed in after me.

"Charlotte, did you remember to bring the book?" he asked as he ran his fingers ever so lightly around the sensitive pink bit on the tip of one of my bosoms.

"Well, of course I did!" I laughed at the absurdity of the idea of me failing to pack what was quickly becoming our own personal bible.

I rolled over to the other side of the bed and leaned over it to reach under the bed for the small box I'd hidden there. I did not want to risk the chance of having any innocent maids coming across the Kama Sutra, which is why I took the extra precaution.

I had opened the box and was just about to close my fingers around the book when I felt the light smack of a hand palm right on my bottom.

"Alistair!" I yelped, my ribs shaking with laughter.

"I'm terribly sorry, my darling, but you are taking far too long!" he called down to me.

And then I felt another slap on my bottom, followed by a pinch and then a long, wet kiss. On my bottom.
