Evan runs into the love of his life after many years of not seeing her and dies half-way through the whole series, only to make a fatal return. And they learn more about their ancient history of how the Empyreal generation got started, as well as the history, power, and legend of the Seraphim's, before they'd get captured, and young Edward starts his journey as well. And also a short story of how Hellde has fallen from grace to become the villain that he is today.
