HOW TO DESIGN COMMUNITY INCENTIVE COMPENSATION PLANS

This "How To" book illustrates the design and implementation of incentive bonus plans for community bank management, loan officers, operations management and personnel, new accounts, auditor and controller and an advisory board of directors. The Appendix includes example incentive plan documents for the selected areas. The book also includes an index of key words. Model plans are included for both qualified and non-qualified incentive stock option plans. An example subjective performance evaluation form is also shown.
